have been working as depot foreman for the past year and so have not driven during that time. My hgv licence has to be renewed shortly so will I have difficulty in doing so because I am not currently driving?
Provided you have a clean licence and there has been no deterioration in your physical condition since the licence was issued, there is no reason why you should have difficulty in renewing ' your licence. The LA does not impose any condition of recent driving on such renewals.
