A TOTAL of 3,137 chassis and 1,897 Pt bodies was produced for doubledeck motorbuses in 1946. Of these, 574 chassis and 152 bodies were for export. The corresponding figures for trolleybuses were 111 chassis and 86 bodies. Ten of the chassis were for export. The Minister of Supply gave these statistics last week in a written reply to Mr. G. Thomas.
