THE whole of the capital of Simmonds Aerocessories, Ltd., and Simmonds Products, Ltd., has been acquired by Electric and General Industrial Trusts, of which Mr. C. W. .Hayward is chairman and managing director. Among his other interests, Mr. Hayward is also chairman of John Fowler and Co. (Leeds), Ltd.
Sir Oliver Simmonds has retained his interest in Simmonds Development Corporation, Ltd., which has Offices and • a factory in the London area.
Simmonds Aerocessories, Ltd., has transferred production to the Treforest factory
