Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Minister of Transport has

appoffited a committee, under the chairmanship of Lord Waleran, to inquire into technical matters which arise in connection with the arrangement and running of petrol stations, and the facilities which should reasonably be expected to be available in addition to the sale of petrol.

Great importance is attached to the inquiry, especially as regards facilities for servicing motor vehicles both on existing roads and on motor roads, should Parliament grant the necessary powers for the construction of the latter.
