Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WINCANTON HAS signed a five-year deal to distribute roofing products for Marley Eternit from sites in Glasgow and Reading.

The company says the contract means it has doubled its business in the construction industry over the past 18 months following the purchases of Swales Haulage in November 2007 and RDL in the previous year.

Nick Graham, business unit director at Wincanton, says that his company is now "demonstrating that it is able to add real value to its customers within the construction sector".

Wincanton has been working with Marley — part of the Etex Group — since the early part of the year to evaluate a potential partnership.

Meanwhile Wincanton is doubling its waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling capability by investing more than £5m in a second UK site in Daventry, Northants.
