Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Our van of choice was a 2000 W-reg SWB Renault Master, which had spent the past three years working as a builders van and taken some serious abuse in the process.

The interior was, to put it bluntly, disgusting. It would appear that the previous owner bought himself a coffee every morning, but instead of drinking it, chose to pour it all over the dashboard. He then seems to have rubbed bacon grease, cement dust, ash and engine oil into the upholstery.

The cargo area was just as revolting, and was totally caked in plaster and cement. At some point, somebody had attempted to wash it out, but most had landed (and set) on the rear bumper.

The exterior looked terrible, with bits of trim hanging off, missing badges and rusting wheels. The side of the van had been attacked by low-hanging trees and there were a number of concrete splashes on the front wings.
