In the Hawk's day they would have made do with a simple trailer attached to the bath of an old jalopy and the only equipment needed would have been a screwdriver and an adjustable spanner. Today there is a huge amount of equipment as well as reserve motor cycles to be transported. Championship contender Team Roberts has taken delivery of three MAN F.2000 18.463FLT Roadhaus tractors for the 1997 Grand Prix season. The Modenas KR3 motorcycle has a 500cc 7-Triple' engine with a top speed of 180mph. So think on before you challenge one to a burn up at the traffic lights...er, the bike, not the MAN!
