ONE-TIME Road Haulage Association national chairman Noel Wynn is to chair the working party which will review the RHA's political structure.
The second phase of the projected reorganisation of the RHA will include an examination of the size, structure and frequency of meetings of the national council, and the frequency of meetings of the executive board. It will also review the area and sub-area structure, the financial structure, the structure of standing committees and functional groups, their constitution and their place in RHA affairs.
Two other former chairmen, Derek Good and Ken Rogers, executive board member Barry Hempsall, and Metropolitan and South East area chairman Roy Bowles will also serve on the working party. RHA secretary Eric Russell will be secretary to the working party.
