● On 14 April, a public inquiry (PI) will be held that will consider disciplinary action against Sygrove Haulage, based in Newton Aycliffe, Co Durham.
● Morpeth, Northumberlandbased Sanders Plant Hire will attend a PI on 20 April. The TC will consider disciplinary action, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
● M&M Haulage Services, based in Scarborough will attend a PI on 20 April. The TC will look at disciplinary action against the firm and also consider the repute of the transport manager.
