Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CUMMINS HAS unveiled a bigger ISBe engine though it is not clear who will take it or where it will be built. -It will be available in line with legislative dates [for Euro-A" and it already has "significant new OEM" customers.,says Cummins The Euro-4 ISBe has a new block providing an increased capacity of 4.5 litres in the four-pot and 6.7 litres in the six. The fourcylinder now delivers up to 185hp/ 700Nm while the six-pot pushes out a impressive 300hp/1,100Nm.

Intriguingly, Cummins says the bigger ISBe block will not be offered to its European Engine Alliance (EEA) partners of Paccar and Iveco/New Holland.

With a revised common-rail fuelling system operating at up to 1,600 bar, Cummins claims the engine offers a fuel 7% consumption gain.
