Len Wright
LEISURE Developments, a new investment company set up 10 weeks ago with the financial backing of five City institutions and the support of the English Tourist Board, has injected £710,000 to gain a 51 per cent stake in coach operator Len Wright Travel.
Len Wright Travel has an annual turnover in excess of £2.25 million and has a fleet of 32 very high specification and recent coaches.
Leisure Development chief executive Robert Upsdell is to become chairman of Len Wright Travel and Leisure Development financial director John Knight is to join the board. Len Wright will continue as managing director and retains a 49 per cent share.
