A Scan Coin 12000 electronic coin )unting and sorting machine has been stalled by Automaticket Ltd, of 197 Tardour Street, London WI. at London ransport's Wood Green bus garage.

The machine, which handles all :nominations of decimal coinage multaneously, is used to sort and count aall change from some 50 fare boxes a ty employed on the standee flat-fare ogle-deckers based at Wood Green. The machine deals with coins amounting to about £1500 daily in what is claimed to be a fraction of the time and cost involved by doing the work manually.

LT's installation follows the success of similar machines supplied to SELNEC PTE, Merseyside PTE, Huddersfield, Leicester and Coras Iompair Eireann last year. Outstanding orders for Scan Coin machines include Blackpool Corporation Transport & Crosville Motor Services Ltd.
