'THE Passenger Vehicle Operators I Association has moved its headquarters to 22 Upper Woburn Place, London, W.C.1 (phone: Euston 3331). The National Road Transport Federation has also moved there, leaving only the Traders Road Transport Association at 146 New Bond Street, formerly the joint headquarters of all the organizations, as well as the Road Haulage Association,' which moved to Upper Woburn Place some time ago.
