LTD., one of the Tilling Group of bus companies, have made a take-over bid for the Llandudno mid Colwyn Bay Electric Railway Co., Ltd. It is understood that a figure of £40,000 has been offered by Crosville for the goodwill of the railway company, subject to their take-over of the licence. Confirming the deal on Wednesday, Mr. C. M. Woodburn, secretary of Crosville, said that it was hoped that the take-over would he completed by the end of May.
