Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Balvin vehicle number recognition system (VNR) is the first of its type to cost less than £5,000, according to the company.

Designed for fleet operators that have their own refuelling depots, it replaces other vehicle identification systems such as key, card or RFID tag.

When a vehicle arrives at the fuelling station it is detected and then photographed by the VNR. The vehicle number or registration is verified with the database before the dispenser is released for refuelling.

Other features include mileage information. a PIN for additional driver security, licence number verification and compatibility with all Balvin dispensers.
