• England's only manufacturer of vehicle washing machines, Smith Bros & Webb of Alcester, has promoted Bob Myatt to the post of sales and marketing director.
Myatt joined the company, which makes the Britannia range of CV washing systems, in 1978. Following nine months as a technical sales engineer he became export sales manager.
While in this position he played a key role in establishing the company as a major supplier to bus companies, railways and transport contractors in the Middle and Far East as well as. Australasia.
