Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Overnight parcels carrier Interlink, which came out so well in our recent parcels survey (CM, July 12), is to join the Unlisted Securities Market early next month in a move aimed at raising at least 25 million.

The five-year-old company, formed by chairman Richard Gabriel, will use some of the money raised to purchase new headquarters in Bristol.

Around 94% of the shares in Interlink are currently held by the Gabriel family. The sale on the USM will release around 25% of the total share capital.

Interlink handles around 10,000 parcels a night from its Midlands sorting centre. The company expects to make a profit this year of around £2.5 million on a turnover of more than £13 million.
