Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A £4.5m Freightliner port terminal is being considered for Felixstowe. If approved, the terminal will be built at the new northern development area of the port.

When fully operational it would be able to handle up to 200,000 containers a year and will complement the existing Freightliner terminal at the port's southern end. The new terminal would consist of two portal-type cranes mounted above four rail tracks, each able to accommodate up to 20 60ft Freightliner rail wagons or 60 20ft containers at one time.
