1963. agreement has been reached to reduce the hours of work of British Road Services clerical staff to 38 a week. Overtime. will continue to he paid on the basis of 1/40th of the weekly salary. It has also been agreed that additional payment will be made after the normal occupant of a post has been absent for more than eight weeks. Previously the qualification was 13 weeks relative to higher-gradeduty pay arrangements.
