IN THE 25 August issue of CM, we ran a story headlined “TCs to get more power over action against ‘unit’ transport managers”; underneath the headline was a photograph of Steve Hollingsworth, leet engineering manager at Bedfords Transport.
CM is happy to conirm that Hollingsworth is not an “unit transport manager”.
Indeed, a year ago CM highlighted Hollingsworth’s and Bedfords’ commitment to compliance by featuring both in a Staying Compliant article (CM 26 August 2010).
