NATIONWIDE METAL Recycling has been given authorisation to base 27 vehicles and 12 trailers at a new operating centre in Harlow, Essex. Conditions and undertakings include: • there will be no more than six movements out of and six movements into the operating centre between 10pm and 6am; • authorised vehicles shall normally turn right when leaving the operating centre and turn left when entering it, except when servicing local residents; • when leaving the site, vehicles shall only use dipped headlights until reaching the main road.
