• On 11 October a PI will consider disciplinary action against JJT Logistics, based in Snodland, Kent. The TC will also look at the repute of the transport manager.
• A PI on 31 October will look at disciplinary action against Deptford-based Hinkcroft Transport.
Cambridge
• A PI on 10 October will consider a new application from Smitten Transport and Distribution, based in Hemel Hempstead.
• Disciplinary action against John Francis McManamon, trading as JM Contractors, based in Peterborough, will be discussed at a PI on 11 October.
• Luton-based Qurban Hussain is due to appear at a disciplinary PI on 10 October.
