SJT authorised for one vehicle

SJT TRACKFORCE, based in Heath Road, Caterham, has been granted authority for one vehicle, subject to the following conditions: • the operator will provide the trafic commissioner with three months’ worth of bank statements and other inancial details – such as overdraft facility agreements or credit card statements – that show that the licence holder has access to suficient funds to ensure that vehicles used under the licence are kept maintained in a it and serviceable condition. These details must be provided by next April and cover the months January, February and March 2012; • the vehicle shall make one return trip to the operating centre per day; • it shall not exceed 5.2 tonnes GVW; • the vehicle shall not exceed 6.3m/21ft in length; • no loading, unloading or maintenance of the vehicle at the operating centre will take place; • there shall be no mov ements before 7am or after 7.30pm Monday to Saturday, and none at all on Sundays.
