At the company’s facility next to Harlow Common, there is plenty of office space where its training staff can conduct in-house Driver CPC and SAFED courses. The firm has its own workshop, and there are often about 12 vehicles in the shed at any one time. In the yard, there is also a fuel storage site. Transport manager Clint Layzell says: “Our mechanics carry out MoT preparation work in the workshop, as well as smaller jobs like windscreen repairs. Most trucks on repair and maintenance contracts are Scania and DAF, and their mechanics can use the workshop.”
