Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PALLET NETWORK Pall-Ex is gearing up to fight a race discrimination case brought against it by its former head of credit control.

This follows an Employment Tribunal for unfair dismissal in September brought by network development director Elaine Bailey.This case was settled during the hearing.

But now Ben Lavin is bringing a case against the Leicestershire firm for unfair dismissal, breach of con tract and race discrimination. Former cleaner Alan Roulston is also claiming unfair dismissal and breach of contract; both employees left the company in May.

A Pall-Ex spokesman declined to comment on any of the cases.
