Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Coventry City Council is using a 32-tonne artic tipper with a long-reach Pa!finger hydraulic crane to collect glass.

Air-operated doors divide the Tasker-built trailer into three compartments to separate green, brown and clear glass. The artic, which is thought to be unique, replaces two smaller vehicles. The Seddon Atkinson Strata 17-28 tractor is fitted with a Pa!finger PK 12500 crane and hydraulic stabiliser legs. Kinshofer KM quick-change discharge units are stored at the front of the trailer, allowing the vehicle to deal with either Eurobins or standard bottle banks.

At its maximum working radius of 10.0m the crane can lift up to a tonne of glass.
