Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW LOW COST earthing/bonding reel has been introduced by Collins Youldon of Harlow, manufacturer of tanker fittings designed to ensure the safe and easy handling of powders, liquids and chemicals.

Available after months of tests on a variety of road and rail tankers, the earthing/bonding reel offers protection against the hazards of static electricity during the transfer of liquids, powders and gas. The reel is already used on the Continent.

Its aluminium drum offers considerable weight saving. A stainless steel shaft and zincplated mounting bracket ensure good productivity and long life. The strong all-copper clip with a one-inch jaw capacity, has no resistance to earth and can bite through paint or rust. A unique feature, claim Col Youldon, is the bright aqua-g plastic coating on the strong stranded copper cable which makes it easily visible in poor conditions. The reel is supplil with 30 metres of 6sqmm cor cable which meets the IEE minimum requirement for industrial and commercial purposes. For special applications, reels can be supplied without cable. Immediately available from stock, the reel and cable is pri at £60.42.
