Leeds • A Leeds PI on 13 May will consider a new application from AmIco (UK), based in Sheffield, and regulatory action on an interim licence, in view of fitness to hold a licence, tachograph arrangements, fleet maintenance, finance, material change: prohibition notices and failure to fulfil statements of intent/ undertakings.
• In Leeds on 14 May. John Smith & Sons will face a PI to consider regulatory action in view of vehicle prohibition notices, failure to fulfil statements of intent/undertakings, material change, concerns regarding good repute, financial standing and professional competence relating to the Thirsk-based firm.
