WIN CANTON has bought German high-tech logistics specialist HeBo for €2.9m (£2,2m).
The UK operator described the purchase as the latest in a series of acquisitions designed to broaden its business base and generate incremental growth.
HeBo employs 50 people. In the year to 31 December 2007 it reported turnover of €3.2m and pre-tax profits of €500,000.
