Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIS week's prizewinner is Mr. R. 1 Tudor. of Hay Hills, Birmingham. He writes on the subject of changing the stop-lamp switch on A.E.C. Mercurys with air brakes. This, he points out, can be an awkward job, as the two fixing bolts are behind the clutch master cylinder bracket. By welding two bolts to a piece of strip metal about 9 in. long the bolts can be entered into the chassis quite easily—this also prevents them turning next time the switch is removed.

Comments Handyman: In my view this is a good time-saving idea.
