E Traders Road Transport Association has appointed Mr. Bob Crew as Press officer. Mr. Crew, who is 25 years old, has been with various technical publications and public service agencies. Mr. Bill Loving, who has covered this field on a freelance basis for the T.R.T.A. for many years, is discontinuing the association because he would not be available for a full-time appointment.
