• BRS Western's Kidderminster branch is to supply two Ford Cargo 0813s to window systems company Aluminium Window Systems in a three-year contract hire deal worth around £80,000.
For AWS, with window centres in London, Bristol and Kidderminster, this is the first step into the contract hire market. The deal includes a fuel package for the company's entire fleet.
Both vehicles, finished in the AWS red, green and blue livery, have specialised features. One of the cargoes has a demountable chassis and will be used to haul any one of AWS's six demountable bodies. The other features a sleeper cab and curtain-sided body.
