Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MINISTER for Transport, Fred Mulley is to learn at first hand from Mr Ken Jackson, commercial services secretary, TGWU, of the problems of long-distance lorry drivers in obtaining refreshments and overnight accommodation.

Correspondence between the TGWU and the Minister began in February, and they will now meet, probably on June 24.

Mr Jackson is understood to have been in discussions with the RHA and FTA to ascertain what progress could be achieved by a joint approach. Mr Mulley's office told CM this „week that it was assumed Mr Jackson would be accompanied by representatives of the trade associations.
