LAST week we referred in " One Hears" to the possibility of new light commercial vehicles (up to 1 ton unladen) being brought into the Covenant Scheme.
Almost immediately afterwards, an official notification was issued by the Motor Trade Association, that the scheme would be applied in the manner stated, and would prevent change of . ownership of such vehicles within a year of purchase.
