Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Manufacturers are finding innovative ways to remarket the three-year old 6x2 fleet tractor sector. Here are some of the packages on offer.

if you are after a competitive deal on a 36month-old truck, you don't have to look too far.At some point over the past 12 months all the manufacturers have been considering fresh ways to package their products.

There is no doubting the quality of what is being offered, hut sufficient supply and demand is needed to maintain residual values. It is possible that panic buying ahead of October's Euro-4 deadline might help. but it seems that a decent finance offer is still the way to go.

Renault Trucks' deal on its Premium 420 dCi expired at the end of June, leaving three front runners. Still offering a three-way package is MAN Diesel with its Relax prograrrune. There are finance deals from £139 a week, contract hire from £231 a week or a cash/tire-purchase deal for £99 on TG A and ERF models less than five years old.

Fellow German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz is promoting two tractors: the Axor and Actros 2543LS.The fleet-orientated Axor is available for £119.99 a week on a four-year finance lease, while the Actros is £219.99 over seven days on a two-year operating lease.

Comprehensive package
