THE HEALTH & SAFETY Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI) is investigating an accident in which a truck driver died as he was unloading animal carcasses at a rendering plant.
The fatality happened at Glenfarm Holdings in Glenavy,County Antrim; formerly known as Ulster Farm By-Products.
The HSENI declines to name the dead driver or the company for which he was working.
