consulting on a draft Code of Practice on new rights of access for employees with disabilities which will come into force in 2004. The consultation is being handled jointly by the DfEE and the Disability Rights Commission (DRC). It will also include an examination of a practical guide designed to help small and medium-sized businesses make changes to their premises.
