Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A diesel fuel pump test bench capable of handling all known pumps is produced by Merlin. The Hydra CH1215 /3 has a work table just over 2.5ft-long and is available with either a 15 hp or 20 hp motor, The calibration head is fitted to a swing arm. Allowing left or right-hand location and the calibration tubes have 3COce capacity bottom filling /drain tubes.

The injector de-atomiser chambers are manufactured from clear acrylic and the gauges and calibration tubes are grouped at eye-level. The solid-state electronic shot counter has a range from 100 to 1000 shots, and built in electroscopic phasing can be fitted as an option.

The waste-oil tank has a 5gal capacity and the fluid heater is thermostatically controlled.

The hydraulic variable speed drive permits a speed range from zero 10 6000 rpm.
