Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Northern Transport Engineering's (NTE) Loadlift system will appeal to the more intensive user of demountables. Loadlift is a self-contained trolley-mounted lifting unit which is easily manoeuvred manually beneath the body and is then used to jack the body clear of the chassis so that the legs can be positioned. Loadlift is offered in a pneumatic form which will operate from a normal garagetype compressor, or electro-hydraulic form using self-contained batteries, or the vehicle battery. The system has the advantage of saving a separate lifting installation on each chassis and therefore considerable cost and weight. NTE points out that if 10 or more chassis are in use Loadlift will be more than recovered from Reduced Road Tax over a period of two to three years. NTE also offers a chassis-mounted electro-hydraulic lifting system. All the systems use a patented fastening called Loadlock which also acts as a body centring and locating device.
