Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Mollicargo Systems Ltd, 292 Monkmoor Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Multicargo is a wholly owned subsidiary of Multilift Ltd, of Shrewsbury, and its Multiloader makes use of a low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor driven from the vehicle engine via a pto. The vehicle chassis is equipped with guides and a lifting cradle mounted at the rear end which carries hydraulically driven rollers. To pick up a body the vehicle backs under the body by about lft, then the lifting cradle raises the front of the platform and the serrated rollers drive along the underside of the platform. The vehicle which is in neutral and with the hand brake off, is pulled under the body until the balance point is reached. The body then continues automatically to the forward position where the built-in locking pins at the front of the platform secure the load. The legs are then folded and the platform is locked at the rear. Up to 14 tons can be loaded in this way in two to three minutes Multiloader equipment can also be installed an drawbar trailers.

Made by the parent company is Multilift, a swop-body system which has the dual advantages of being a tipping system and also of being able to pick up skids or bodies from ground level. The controls can all be mounted in the cab and the driver has full control over loading and unloading and the tipping mechanism from his driving seat. Lifting capacities from 5 to 24 tons are available suiting vehicles in the 8 to 32 ton-gvw range. Multilift chassis equipment ranges in weight from 15cwt for the lightest to 55cwt for the heaviest model. The cost vanes from approximately £1500 to £3000 fully installed.
