Minister of Transport has dismissed the major part of an appeal by H. Pemberton (Coaches), Ltd., against a decision of the Yorkshire Traffic Commissioners; this related to the refusal of an application for excursion and tours facilities to Bridlington and to Primrose Valley, Filey and Scarborough. The Minister has, however, allowed that part of the appeal relating to a service to.Grainger's Holiday Camp, to the extent of a onevehicle grant for the summer period.
The Minister suggests that when this licence expires the Traffic Commissioners should review, with all interested operators, the whole question of road services to Grainger's Camp.
