Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

'MATIONAL CAR PARKS, LTD., 1 `11 provide or plan to provide six lorry parks in London, the sites of which are indicated on the map below. These are:

1. Vauxhall Bridge (South side): Approximately seven acres in area and having a capacity of 500 vehicles. Guarded but not lighted. At present part of the site is let as a coach park.

2. Baynes Street: Off Royal College Street, St. Pancras. Area of 55,000 sq. ft. Capacity 120 vehicles. Guarded and floodlit.

3. Glenthorne Road, Hammersmith: Two sites, almost adjacent. Area 40,000 sq. ft. Capacity 100 vehicles. Guarded but not lighted.

4. Battersea Park Road: Approximately 22,000 sq. ft. Capacity 50 vehicles. Site is fully prepared and will be opened when demand is sufficient.

5. Whitechapel Road.

6. Waterloo Road area: Both this site and the one in Whitechapel Road are in course of preparation and will be opened within the next two months.

Charge on all the sites is 7s. 6d. for 12 hours. All sites, The Commercial Motor has been told, are guarded. The question of .floodlighting, other than at Baynes Street, will be dependent on the use made Of the sites. Contract facilities are available. Each vehicle using the park is checked in against the driver's signature. The vehicle can only be removed on receipt of a second signature by the driver in person. Times of entry and departure will also be noted.

The company is also investigating the possibility of a direct alarm link from each site to Scotland Yard.
