Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Croydon-based recovery specialist MV recovery has added an unusual recovery vehicle to its fleet. The MAN-based vehicle began life as an F90 17.372 4x2 tractive unit. Work was carried out by Bonniface Engineering of Thetford to convert the chassis to a 6x2 rigid with Granning lifting mid-axle.

The chassis was lengthened to make room for the additional axle and provide a rear "bogie" with 19 tonne capacity. Ballast was added to the front end.

Bonniface fitted its own Interstater bodywork which includes two heavy-duty hydraulic winches and rear stabiliser legs. The all-steel body includes stowage for additional equipment.
