interesting. While you point out that 58 operators fell by the wayside in the previous 12 months you fail to look at the other side of the coin.
How many new operators entered the business? If it was less than two each week throughout the country the Licence Authorities were surely underemployed. A complete survey presenting the entire picture would make interesting reading.
