WWARNED by their general manager. Mr. G. Parry, that over the next few years about 100 new buses will be needed to keep up the present strength of 147 buses. Burnley, Cone and Nelson Joint Transport Committee are considering a suggestion made by Colne Corporation that a special fund be set up soon and built up annually to meet the expected heavy charges that will be incurred on the replacement plan.
