4-ton chassis with Neville forward-control conversion, an 1,150-cu.-ft. pantechnicon body has been constructed by Tiverton Coachbuilders, Ltd., Blundells Road, Tiverton, Devon. The vehicle weighs under 3 tons unladen.

The underframe and cab components are of light alloy, whilst hardwood is used for the framework. Plymax 'panelling is employed. The floor is dropped at the rear and the tailboard is of the level walk-in type.
