Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE familiar BAS Parcels livery will soon be a memory From this week the name oi BRS Parcels Ltd is changed tc Roadline UK Ltd. (For tit( background story see News Extra, p42.) The new title has been introduced to avoid the long. persisting confusion in the minds of customers that BRS Parcels is part of the British Road Services Ltd organisation. Both companies see commercial advantages in the clearly separate trading identity of the parcels company.

To cater for a large upsurge in small parcels traffic Roadline has introduced a fleet of small vans at selected branches. Apart from improved speed of delivery for the small parcels the small-capacity vans will provide jobs for 18-yearold drivers who will learn the parcels business thoroughly and gradually transfer to heavier vehicles.
