Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

for Oil Filtering Plant rtA ,MULTIWHEELER two-wheeled trailer, designed for the Eastern Electricity Board, has proved to be a timesaver in the filtering of oil in transformers. The oil-filtering plant is carried on the trailer which is designed so that the whole plant can be readily removed. This is sometimes necessary because of the position of the transformer.

To provide for this contingency in-built jacks at the front are used to raise the body until the floor lines up with the angle of the tailboard ramp. Where the transformer is more accessible, the sides of the body can be opened out, the lower portion forming a secure platform which the men can use to give attention to the filtering plant.

The object cf filtering the transformer oil is to remove the condensate which accumulates over a period.

The body of the trailer is in light alloy, its unladen weight being 15 cwt. It was built to carry a payload of l ton. It runs on 23 by 5-in, twin tyres. The maker is Multiwheelers (Commercial Vehicles), Ltd., Roxeth Green Avenue, South Harrow, Middx.
