Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Aggregate haulier Kingman Services has taken delivery of two new Renault Premium 380hp 8x4 rigids, fitted with Thompson tipping bodies. The new tippers, its first Renaults, have been added to the firm's 50-strong fleet and will be used to transport aggregates within the M25 for clients including London Concrete, Hanson and Cemex. They have replaced two older Dafs and were supplied by Kent-based MV Trucks. Kingman Services general manager Terry Francis said: "An important benefit for us is the lighter chassis on the Renault Lander."
