THE ''pirate operations '' of a minibus carrying bingo fans were referred to in prosecutions at Llanelly 'Magistrates' Court last week.

Mr. Tillyard said they had applied for a licence for one of the vehicles they were using, but were not granted it iS certain modifications on it needed to be undertaken.
